CEVT started out with seven employees in a small office. Now, a few years on, look at where we are today. With some 2000 people, all aiming together at being a world leading mobility innovation centre, we are very proud of our collective achievements. Without drive, energy, focus and creativity we would not have ended up where we are. Challenging old mindsets and ideas and thinking big is what we do best.
Find a way
During every project we come across various obstacles. It may be tight deadlines, language and time zone issues, costs, uncertain deliverables, changing pre-requisites and conditions… it is impossible to know what we are going to face in the next one, but the crucial attitude is that we must all take initiatives and responsibility in order to move forward, not let hindrances get us down and always find a way to success.
Just entering our employee lunch area gives you an immediate hit of diversity. Hundreds of different cooking smells, many different languages and flavours from every corner of the world create an extremely vibrant and inclusive environment which is very representative for life at CEVT. Being surrounded by this diversity and eye-opening variety of people and experiences is awesome and really inspiring.
