We are now looking for an experienced “Customer Care Specialist” to join the growing team of Customer Care for our ZEEKR organization in Amsterdam. For this role, we believe you are someone who has a strong background in customer support and is used to working in Salesforce, for proper monitoring. The important tasks you will fulfill include co-developing, supporting, and rolling out customer care concepts. For securing the concepts, you provide input for the Salesforce CRM and deliver suggestions for improvement.

This is what you will do most of the time:
- Support the Head of Contact Center in daily tasks such as quality assurance, compliance monitoring and working closely with other departments
- Cooperate with identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer support process
- Cooperate and work closely with our Contact center partners on Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty to create the most favorable contact centers
- Update and continuously improve training materials with frequent changes
We believe that you:
- Have experience and good knowledge regarding Customer service operations
- Are familiar with Salesforce and have a strong affinity with the Customer service journey
- Are a great communicator and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, to both resolve concerns and learn and enhance our systems for the future
- Are obsessed with customer satisfaction and that customer loyalty is your first priority
- Have a great knowledge of how to address escalations via email, chat or phone
- Have B2B and B2C customer service experience
- A background in the automotive branch is desirable, but not a must.
For this role, we are looking for someone based in or around Amsterdam and will not be able to give any relocation support.
