We are looking for a experienced Service Network Specialist to join our open-minded and supportive Customer Care team at ZEEKR, where we together create and develop for success!

The ZEEKR brand and its first car, the 001, were unveiled at a brand night prior to Shanghai Auto Show in April 2021. We are now looking for an experienced Service Network Specialist to join the growing team of Customer Care for the ZEEKR organization in HQ Amsterdam.

This is what you will do most of the time:
- Support the roll-out of selected workshops with regard to the design such as workshop equipment, special tooling, warehouse and parts
- Cooperate with the implementation and description of workshop and parts processes warranty requirements
- Cooperate and work closely with our workshop partners on Customer Satisfaction and Customer loyalty to create the most favorable (Delivery) Service Centers
- Support the rollout of Mobile service solutions to help customers and keep them engaged
- Coordinate and follow up on commercial workshop performance and customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions
We believe that you have:
- A University degree or equivalent higher education
- A solid technical background in the automotive industry
- Good knowledge and experience with franchise organizations
- Experience with Power BI tools and digitals programs
- Strong analytical skills based on data that allow you to observe, research and interpret to develop complex ideas and solutions
- A mindset that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are something you live and breathe
- Experience working in roles that utilize analytical skills and where data is key
For this role, we are looking for someone based in or around Amsterdam and will not be able to give any relocation support.
