The Head of Sales Europe position is a vital link in the success of the Zeekr brand. This position is critical to the success of launches, as well as the exponential growth they will bring. Zeekr is looking for a dynamic executive with experience with all levels and sales channels of the business, in order to turn that experience into a thriving, fast-paced sales organization.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Develop and deliver the Zeekrs’ sales activities in strong collaboration with the markets
- Perform all market sales planning process with weekly, monthly, quarterly annual plans
- Own Zeekrs’ sales performance; achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and profitability performance in line with targets
- Cultivate the day-to-day relationship with space partners, maximizing Zeekrs' sales performance through each organization by ensuring that the customer relationship strategy delivers the highest volume of potential sales.
- Leverage insights and strategic discussions with key external and internal stakeholders on market opportunities and developments.
We believe that you:
- Have at least 10 years of experience in a sales role with a bachelor’s degree in business
- Are driven, committed, and have experience driving commerce in the automotive industry
- Are a proven leader with international experience at an automotive OEM, retail experience a plus
- Have extensive knowledge of sales programs in traditional, digital and social landscapes
- Have strong analytical skills that allow you to observe, research and interpret to develop complex ideas and solutions
- Have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to hold trust and accountability with external partners
- Have passion and enthusiasm for cars, technology, and new trends
- Have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written
