We are currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Controlling Manager to join our team in Amsterdam, reporting to the CFO. As a Corporate Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for designing essential processes and methods, financial planning, and controlling business operations.

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Design essential processes and methods with an assessment of business operations for controlling purposes.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient and effective corporate financial planning, controlling, financial analysis and business steering to drive company profitability.
• Take the lead in coordinating between business units and finance and control (F&C) to accommodate business development in financial planning.
• Monitor financial KPIs, provide business evaluation, and project tracking from a controlling perspective.
• Act as a key liaison among different business functions and shareholders.

We believe that you have:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or related. CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
• Experiences in Finance and controlling functions within the automotive industry, or other related working experience in MNCs
• Excellent insight into controlling processes and concept
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills in spoken and written English and Dutch
• Strong analytical skills that allow you to observe, research and interpret to develop complex ideas and solutions
• A great capability for problem solving where you quickly get to the root of the problem as well as can use acquired knowledge and experience in new ways
• A high degree of personal and professional integrity
• Can work under pressure independently
• Great leadership skills

For this role, we are looking for someone based in or around Amsterdam and will not be able to give any relocation support.
