We are looking for a passionate new member to join our team, is it you? As a Team Leader for Body Verification, you are responsible for the verification of parts of the Body/Comfort electronics within Electric & SW Validation. The module team consists of three main areas of responsibility for verification in Body, Infotainment, and Passive safety systems. The team's focus is on Body System verification in the cars electrical architecture. Everyone in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate and is expected to be able to work autonomously. You will be based at our office in Lindholmen, but occasionally you would travel abroad.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Participate in the creation of the verification plans with Body test area and contribute to developing the test strategies
  • Lead the verification in the daily test activities in the Body verification team 
  • Lead the execution of Sub system testing for the Body system at CEVT Lindholmen the following sub system areas are included (Locking, Exterior Light, Window Mirror & Roof Control, Remote Control etc)
  • Coaching test engineer both colleges in Sweden and China verify work
  • Reporting test progress to the Managers in Electric & SW Validation and project team, also identify and escalate verification risks to management
  • Contributing to a culture of improvement and encourage colleagues to implement improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Required background and skills:

  • B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar
  • 10 years experience in automotive or embedded systems development
  • Excellent leadership qualities and skilled in planning the team’s daily work
  • Ability to drive, motivate and convince
  • Advantageously to be ISTQB advanced test management - Certified
  • Advantageously to have experience in agile test methods
  • Swedish driving license
