What do we mean by - Program, User and Integration? "Program" stands for program management, including project integration, portfolio management, customer management – product/project, process management, and release and configuration. "User" means we want to lead and secure user cases and features into our products and services, and verify and validate against customer and end-user requirements/use cases. "Integration" means to integrate and balance Vehicle solutions to fulfill and beat the Customer & End User requirements, as well as integrating, balancing and creating Vehicle solutions from technical and manufacturing boundaries. We consist of three teams: 

PMO 

Our capability lies in project management for mobility solution related projects, including project management, coordination and planning, as well as leading feasibility and concept studies. We manage customer relations, such as managing technical deliveries and product development status and technical interface towards the customer of the project. Our responsibility also includes project content and change management, release management and product configuration for mobility solution related projects. We offer design support, including drawing checking, design & drawing support. We take charge of operational development, process and tool development to secure delivery in the projects.

Test Objects and End-user Validation

We manage all activities related to managing and coordinating complete test objects. We plan and support the builds of M1 and VP vehicle series. We are responsible for the build of complete test object rigs for the E-series Integration Test. Based on each program plan, our team supports test object updates to the right level and purpose to fit planned verification & validation activities. We coordinate all physical test objects used to ensure an optimal utilization rate. We perform end-user validation and report potential risks and issues back to project management. The team is also responsible to track and follow up on all ongoing and planned expeditions including current secrecy regulations within CEVT. Our department consists of a wide range of competencies, to support the organization from the start of the project to customer vehicles.

Our mission is to develop and deliver mobility solutions that will bring value to the customer. By taking overall responsibility for the complete program, Attribute & Architecture department is leading Concept development from the first contact with the customer through project prerequisites and vehicle setup to manufacturing feasibility. We are transforming customer needs into attribute requirements, securing their implementation, and balance & verify virtually and/or physically. With a “yes we can attitude" we strive to bring value to the customer by fulfilling the customer demands. We offer optimized B2B mobility solutions that will contribute to the overall customer business portfolio.
