Finance and Corporate Operation act as an integrated and agile business advisor. We are communicative, open and transparent towards our stakeholders, delivering fact-based alternative solutions with clear recommendations. Within Finance & Corporate Operation, we plan and develop strategic initiatives for CEVT and facilitate execution by breaking down our vision into a roadmap. We recommend new directions through the evaluation of business opportunities with adjacencies and synergies to CEVT's existing business. We explore new markets in the new ecosystems and propose, guide and leverage our competencies. We assist the business in crafting the strategic direction and evaluating options for long-term growth our recommendations and decisions on solid business cases are linked to our growth plan . We are made up of four different teams: 

Corporate Business Process Development

We develop and govern several important parts of our company’s echo system. Mainly focusing on our Management System CMS, which touches most parts of CEVTs way to run and improve our business. We also have a commercial responsibility driving our BSR – Business Service Request process. In short, we receive requests from customers, coordinate the evaluation and finally present a quotation to that customer. When agreed, we finalize the contracting.

Product Cost Management 

We are an enabler to the organization to sustainably influence vendor costs ideally. We make it possible by influencing the development and purchasing to jointly strive for optimal production and tool costs and by having cost control throughout the vehicle projects.

Finance Performance Centre 

We govern and continuously improve CEVT Financial processes, master data and systems. A team of key enablers in CEVT's financial journey who perform analysis and provide management with actionable insights. Our secure decisions are done on qualitative fact-based figures. Digitalization is on top of our agenda and makes our job even more exciting.

Program and Operations Finance 

We act as business advisors to Program Management and the Head of Business unit by offering proactive guidance, evaluating different scenarios and providing different perspectives and recommendations.
