What do we do?
Our mission at Rider Experience is to define and realize everything that the rider sees, senses, touches, feels and interacts with. The combination of hardware and software creates complete customer offerings, combining excellent user experience, services and a magic environment including seats, trims, screens, apps, etc. We consist of three main teams:
Customer Offer & Experience
With customer focus, we define desirable products, services and experiences for future mobility. We do this through understanding and exceeding customers’ and users’ needs and desires, identifying and defining business opportunities. We build on and further evolve existing products, driving upgradability and modularity wherever relevant, and striving for high sustainability as well as being the internal voice of the customer and user.
Customer Apps & Services
We are bringing connected services, new and exciting services and state-of-the-art UI to our users. The services and products that we deliver are within the following domains: Mobile Apps, IHU Apps, machine learning, web and embedded. One example of a product on the market is Lynk & Co Mobile App (inc. phone as key, carsharing, my car, etc.).
Rider Environment
We at Rider Environment are responsible for the development of everything you see inside the vehicle. This includes all interior trims, seats and restraint systems but also all interaction devices such as switches, screens and Audio. Since all we do is visible and engineered to be user-friendly we are constantly interacting with Lynk & Co Design and our CX team.
