Our focus is to identify, promote and manage innovation initiatives within the field of mobility and with a focus on customers' present, future, and unknown needs.
The Business Development team takes CEVT offering to the market. Supported by several other departments and based on a good understanding of the market needs, the team identifies potential customers, leads the commercial discussions and comes to agreements. This new team at CEVT will be a crucial part of the CEVT transformation towards being a true mobility solution provider.
At Product Strategy we support in the following areas: Develop and manage the mobility products portfolio, both physical and digital as well as cycle plan. We define key product-winning strategies and roles in the mobility ecosystem and keep tracking new trends in the mobility market globally. We also define key enablers to improve business efficiency such as investment, complexity, revenues, cost, Cloud, etc.
Another important task is keeping track of market trends within areas such as competitors, regulation, megatrends, etc.
